**What’s the role?**

An exciting opportunity is available for a Product Owner to join the Business Lending Transformation. You will play a key role in shaping the future of a business with a legacy spanning over 200 years, contributing directly to our purpose of helping Australians succeed.

This role is a critical component of our business lending transformation strategy, focused on designing and delivering a market-leading digital experience for both our people and our customers.

**What do I need?**
- Collaborate with the Portfolio Owner to plan and prioritise tasks that support the product roadmap and business goals, while guiding the squad with a clear vision.
- Lead the design and definition of business requirements for prioritised features aimed at digitising and automating business lending origination processes.
- Work in close partnership with Experience Designers, Business Analysts, and Engineers to ensure features meet functional requirements and deliver measurable business value in line with the business case.
- Partner with business and risk teams to create compliant solutions that improve controls and manage risks during implementation.
- Ensure delivery of return on investment by guiding the squad toward achieving optimal customer and business outcomes, informed by input from designers and business stakeholders.
- Support the Change Management team with implementation, adoption, business readiness, and go-to-market planning.
- Promote and maintain efficient and agile ways of working within the squad.
- Ensure the voice of the customer and frontline bankers is appropriately represented and incorporated throughout the design and delivery process.

**About you**

Commercially astute and engaging by nature, you are a passionate product management professional who is adept at working collaboratively in Agile structured corporate environments and can manage multiple tasks through the product lifecycle together with maintaining a diverse range of stakeholders and deliverables at every juncture.

Additionally, we are seeking your domain experience to be within Banking & Financial Services, with Business Lending / Credit origination SME being advantageous.
