About the role
The role of Principal Advisor will oversee the information management process for mental health information management systems and performance reporting.
About you
- Extensive experience in developing, implementing and evaluating mental health information systems.
- High-level written and oral communication, interpersonal and consultation skills.
- Strong project planning and organisational skills, with the proven ability to balance competing priorities, function effectively in a team environment and meet tight timeframes.
- Ability to plan and deliver training, mentoring and coaching to others with an awareness and understanding of audience needs.
- Leadership skills, with proven ability to supervise staff and manage resources

**Mandatory Requirements**:

- Vaccinated against, and remain vaccinated against, certain vaccine preventable diseases (VPD) as outlined in the Health Employment Directive NO. 01/16
- Vaccinated against COVID-19 as outlined in the Health Employment Directive NO.12/21and the Queensland Health Human Resources Policy B70.
