We are seeking a motivated Sales Representative in Brisbane to generate sales and provide excellent customer service to our clients. As a Sales Representative at Prospec Specialties, you will be responsible for prospecting new customers, building and maintaining relationships, and closing sales deals. Your primary focus will be on following up with leads, understanding their needs, and presenting them with tailored solutions.

Prospec Specialties specializes in high-quality construction products, including expansion joint covers, entrance floor mats, door & wall protection systems, stair nosings, flag poles, and photoluminescent safety markings. Our products are integral to modern construction projects, ensuring safety, functionality, and aesthetic appeal.

**Responsibilities**:
Prospect and generate leads
Follow up with potential clients
Understand customer needs and present appropriate product or service solutions
Achieve sales targets and objectives
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
Visit project sites to meet with site managers and discuss project-specific requirements
Work closely with architects to get products specified in their projects
**Requirements**:
Proven experience in sales or a related field
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities
Self-motivated and target-driven
Ability to work independently or as part of a team
Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to project sites as required
