**THE OPPORTUNITY**

We have an exciting opportunity for a motivated and experienced Food Safety and Quality Compliance Administrator to join our business in a part time capacity. This position is responsible for assisting in the reporting on HACCP / SQF based quality practices and compliance requirements to ensure that the required standards are maintained.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Assisting in the monitoring of food safety programs SQF (monitoring the standards of hygiene, housekeeping, food safety, temperature compliance, allergen management, and quality)
- Helping ensure standard operating procedures and compliance standards are maintained throughout the business
- Monitoring and ensuring all cleaning records, temperature records and calibration records are compliant
- Assisting with regular Food Safety and compliance audits as required

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Demonstrable exposure and understanding of HACCP / SQF quality compliance preferably in the transport and storage of perishable goods.
- Attention to detail and data integrity within quality management systems
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with various departments.
- Ability to work independently, prioritise tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with food safety management systems.
