**Job Summary**
At Cognizant we are currently searching for a talented Program Coordinator to join our team that manages academic research engagements with universities in Australia & New Zealand. You will be responsible for coordinating activities and resources in support of the program management planning and scheduling.

**Responsibilities**
- Executing all external visits and workshops: university faculty/student visits and priority partner visits.
- Coordinate payments for awards, conferences, sponsorships and gifts.
- Program Calendars / Meetings Deliverables tracking and keep updated the master deliverables list.
- Communication Management - design external communications for program stakeholder and manage our team’s external alias to field queries from stakeholders
- Document Management and work with the Program Managers to establish standards and coordinate document management tools for use by the staff, including approved external partners.
- Keep all document management repositories for programs updated and logically organised for ease of use by team members.
- Support PgMs and TPMs with coordination and administrative tasks, as needed, and as the programs continue to scale.
- Tracking metrics.
- Maintaining the storerooms; tracking swag stock and sending out to partners as needed, maintaining the robots and devices for workshops.

**Experience**
- Bachelor's Degree with 5+ years of experience.
- Experience as a Program Coordinator/Program Manager
- Experience communicating cross-functionally with all levels of management
- Experience defining and tracking team Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), driving timelines, and organizing and presenting data
- Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks.
- Precision and attention to detail.
- Excellent oral and written communication in English.
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Track record of initiating and completing complex projects from end-to-end.
