Client Services Administration Assistant

Entry level opportunity for a client focused individual, looking to join a fast-paced, growing and dynamic team.
**The Role**
Based in our Melbourne office, you will be providing support to our Client Relationship Managers and Onsite Physiotherapists. This includes:
- Client support and engagement
- Liaising with onsite team members
- Rostering and scheduling
- General administration duties - taking minutes, post parcels etc
- Inventory of stock and equipment
- Updating and maintaining Client and Physiotherapist data in the system
**Skills & Experience**
- Minimum 1 year administration experience
- Strong communication & interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple and competing priorities
- Driven, energetic and organised with a flexible working attitude
- High level of competence with Microsoft Office
- Great attention to detail
- Experience working in the healthcare industry an advantage

**Salary**: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
