Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
Operations & Customer Service:

- Oversee daily café operations to ensure efficient, high-quality service.
- Maintain exceptional customer service standards, addressing customer inquiries and resolving complaints promptly.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
- Develop and implement strategies to boost sales and enhance customer satisfaction, adjusting plans as necessary based on real-time feedback.

Staff Management:

- Recruit, train, and supervise café staff.
- Schedule shifts and monitor performance, offering guidance and support as needed.
- Foster a positive and flexible work environment, encouraging team members to take initiative and work smartly under changing circumstances.

Inventory & Financial Management:

- Monitor stock levels and place orders as needed, ensuring supplies meet the café’s demands without excess waste.
- Manage budgets, track expenses, and optimize operational costs.
- Handle cash management and POS system operations with accuracy and integrity.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Café Manager, Barista, or in a similar leadership role within the hospitality industry.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment, with a knack for making smart, timely decisions.
- Comprehensive knowledge of coffee, food safety, and café operations.
- Basic financial management and budgeting expertise.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Barista skills with an understanding of specialty coffee.

Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
