Hotel Barista/Bartender

Panache Hotel Group (PHG) is a dynamic and rapidly expanding hotel management company specializing in short-term accommodations, hotels, and serviced apartments. With headquarters in Western Australia, PHG currently operates five distinguished hotels in Perth and Melbourne.

We are seeking energetic and service-oriented Baristas and Bartenders to join our F&B team at Peppers Docklands Melbourne Hotel, a boutique luxury property next to Marvel Stadium.

• Hours: 7:30am – 1:00pm (7 days rotating roster)
• Prepare quality coffee and beverages with consistency and care
• Assist with light food service and maintain café cleanliness
• Provide friendly and efficient service to hotel guests and locals
• Serve beverages to customers, assists of cleaning table.
• Collect payment through Hotel POS system
• Assists F&B team to clean dishes, serving ware.
• Assists hotel guests when front desk is fully occupied, such as storing guest luggages, booking check-out etc.

• Hours: 4:00pm – 9:00pm (7 days rotating roster)
• Prepare and serve cocktails, wine, and beverages professionally
• Maintain a clean and organised bar area, ensure throws all rubbish to the bin before off the shift.
• Clean and wash all dishes, serving ware that have been used.
• Deliver a relaxed yet premium bar experience for all guests
• Assists in serving food to guests, cleaning the table, and keeping the whole dining area clean and tidy.

• Previous café or bar experience preferred
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Valid RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) Certificate required for bartender role
• Positive attitude, team player, and professional presentation
• Ability to work weekends and public holidays
