What you’ll contribute to
The Business Coordinator is primarily responsible for planning, coordination and prioritisation of the development of Product and Services in the TUNE Dealer Management System (DMS), plus DMS Dealer standards and Service activities in order to support the Dealer network and contribute to achievement of sales volume, market share, profitability and Toyota digital objectives.
The role is part of the TUNE Product Office which is ultimately responsible contributing to the development and implementation of the Toyota Australia’s Dealer Management System (DMS) forums, project controls, and reporting across the wider business to encourage cooperation, coordination, and alignment of TUNE Product Office activities with the objective to enhance Dealer performance for the Toyota and Lexus brands.
In this role you need to be willing to learn, be able to problem-solve and have great communication skills to quickly build rapport and be highly responsive.
This is a Permanent role based in Port Melbourne
How you’ll make an impact- Coordinate and facilitate TUNE Project Office forums to ensure that Dealer Management System plans, progress, and issues are clearly documented and communicated to all stakeholders in accordance with relevant business processes. Conducting briefings as required.- Monitor Tune Project Office initiatives and activities to agreed targets, milestones, and critical path timeline management. Recommending countermeasures where required to ensure agreed objectives can be achieved.- Update and maintain reporting systems to provide the business with accurate and timely information to support planning, budgeting, and forecasting activities.- Provides advice on and assists managers in the development and kaizen of processes and procedures consistent with set policies in order to achieve TUNE Product Office objectives.
