We are known for our classic VW Kombis and fun work environment, and we are looking for a motivated General Manager to join us and help drive the business forward.

**Job Overview**:
We are seeking a motivated General Manager to take full control and responsibility for running the business. This is a hands-on role, requiring you to manage daily operations, oversee event logistics, and supervise staff. You will work autonomously, reporting directly to shareholders with regular updates on the business's performance (monthly or quarterly). The role comes with significant growth potential, offering the opportunity to unlock the additional capacity of our food trucks and participate in profit gains through a profit-sharing arrangement.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage the operation of the food truck at various events, including private functions, corporate gatherings, and public festivals.
- Prepare, order, and manage stock in the warehouse to ensure smooth event operations.
- Hire, train, and schedule casual staff, assigning them to relevant events as needed.
- Drive vintage VW Kombis to and from events.
- Deliver outstanding in-person customer service at all events, ensuring an enjoyable experience for clients.
- Monitor business revenue and cost to maximise profits.
- Handle event logistics, including set-up, pack-down, and troubleshooting as necessary.

**Qualifications/Requirements**:

- Experience in hospitality management, ideally with catering, events, or food trucks.
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills, with the ability to thrive in both high-pressure and relaxed environments.
- Valid driver's licence (manual transmission experience required).
- Australian citizenship or PR.
- Ability to work weekends and flexible hours, with occasional weekday events.
- Knowledge of German cuisine or culture is a plus.

**How to Apply**:
Pay: $86,553.28 - $100,000.00 per year
