The Opportunity

We have a permanent opportunity in our Sales Operations Team located in our Belrose office on Sydney’s Northern Beaches. There is also a work from home arrangement in place for this role, so there is the option to work from home and the office.

This role manages and maintains the sales proposal generation system, works with the sales team on proposal/tender requests and facilitates the handover of the sales orders to the project delivery team. This is a critical role generating customer quotes and processing sales within tight deadlines to ensure we deliver to our customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities

This is a diverse and busy role where you will:
- Manage and maintain the sales proposal generation system- Work with the sales team on proposal/tender requests- Facilitate the handover of the sales orders to the project delivery team- Manage and maintain the equipment register- Maintain training requirements for different vendors- Liaise with vendors and distributors

Tasks and Qualifications:
- Solid administration experience ideally in a sales support environment- Advanced Microsoft Office skills- Strong attention to detail- Strong interpersonal, communication and time management skills- High degree of confidentiality and integrity- A sense of urgency to ensure our customer needs are met

This role will be perfect for someone who enjoys working in a sales environment and is computer savvy.
