Cafe Manager/barista

**Responsibilities**:

- **Exceptional Coffee Crafting**:

- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages with precision and artistry.
- Ensure consistency in flavor, presentation, and quality.
- **Customer Service Excellence**:

- Provide friendly and efficient service to customers, taking and fulfilling orders promptly.
- Engage with customers to create a positive and welcoming atmosphere.
- **All-Round Skills**:

- Assist in general cafe duties, including cashier responsibilities, food preparation, and maintaining a clean workspace.
- Be adaptable to various tasks to contribute to the smooth operation of the cafe.
- **Product Knowledge**:

- Stay informed about our menu items, including food offerings, and provide recommendations to customers.
- **Team Collaboration**:

- Work closely with other team members to ensure seamless service and contribute to a positive work environment.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Barista, with a strong understanding of coffee preparation techniques.
- Customer-oriented with excellent communication skills.
- Ability to handle cash transactions and operate a point-of-sale system.
- Multitasking abilities to manage both coffee preparation and other cafe tasks.
- Flexibility to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- A passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences.

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
- Weekend availability

**Experience**:

- Barista: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
- Food handling: 1 year (preferred)
