**Your opportunity**
Reporting to the General Manager, your role as **Enterprise Risk Manager** will be responsible for maintaining, embedding and continually improving the Enterprise Risk Management Framework throughout the organisation.
The focus of this role is to also provide risk management training, design and distribute reports containing leading and lagging risk indicators and report on the effectiveness of controls to senior stakeholders.
- A day in the life of the_ **Enterprise Risk Manager**_“No two days are the same”. _In saying that, let us give you a taste of some of the things that make up your day-to-day:
- Develop risk reports and perform risk assessment whilst educating stakeholders about significant risks to the business, explaining the external risk posed by corporate governance to stakeholders.
- Create business continuity plans for strategic sites, maintain service line risk registers and work with project teams to ensure risks are identified, monitored and reported in line with risk procedures.
- Provide analysis of operational losses, risk and compliance incidents and near misses, aggregating and consolidating to an enterprise view with reporting prepared accordingly.
- Undertake systematic challenge, review and validation of the effectiveness of controls in place for the management of risk, including recommending improvements where warranted.
- Sustain and enhances a risk culture of accountability, ownership, and delivery and identifies and implements mechanisms for measuring this.

- Experience collaborating with key stakeholders, developing a positive, open, environment that engaged the most knowledgeable people and led to the best decisions.

- A tertiary qualification (Risk, Legal, Business or Commerce will be viewed favourably) with a **minimum of 3 years’ experience in a risk management** or related role
- Demonstrated experience in designing and documenting policies, procedures and frameworks relating to risk
- Demonstrated e in the development of risk reports for senior stakeholders
- Demonstrated experience in the development and maintenance of crisis management plans and / or site business continuity plans
- Project Management certifications (e.g., PMBoK and/or Prince2 Practitioner level) or Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt
- Experience working for not for profits or for/with NDIS service providers.
