**We are looking for Managers**

As a Manager, you will work across a range of teams to establish and deliver projects, including by engaging clients and their stakeholders, undertaking quantitative and qualitative data analysis, and preparing deliverables across a range of formats that distil analysis into clear and compelling recommendations for clients. This role includes managing small
- to medium-sized projects, developing and managing relationships with clients, providing thought leadership, supporting and enabling high-achieving project teams, and actively developing the capability of your colleagues.

**And the practical experience**:

- 5+ years of work experience in a professional
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to interpret qualitative and quantitative data
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including structured thinking and intellectual flexibility
- Robust interpersonal skills including the ability to navigate uncertain environments with clients and colleagues, provide and respond to feedback, and organise and manage teams.
- Relevant experience within Nous' areas of focus such as education, Defence, financial services, health & ageing, human services, central & economic agencies, and government.
