Relationship Manager role in the Health & Aged Care sectors within WIB - Lean into your extensive Corporate / Institutional Bank Coverage experienceWork with an experienced, high performing team who have grown significantly over the past 4 years Create your best future and join Westpac as an **Associate Director, Health**. **What’s the role?** The Westpac Institutional Bank (WIB) team is looking for an experienced Corporate Relationship Manager / Associate Director to join the Melbourne based Health & Aged Care team. Reporting into the Executive Director, Head of Health and Aged Care, you will manage a client portfolio and provide extended support across the team, maintaining and developing strong, sustainable client relationships. You’ll work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure the portfolio continues to meet WIB’s high credit standards and propel the team’s continued top performing NPS ratings. **What do I need?** - Proven ability to manage a complex corporate lending book with Health sector expertise being advantageous. - Proven business development experience, with domestic, international and syndicated lending to clients. - Be able to develop marketing strategies for individual clients and implement strategies to ensure alignment with Health & Aged Care’s objectives, as well as WIB’s broader objectives. - Demonstrated experience in providing valuable market insights, bespoke financing solutions and sector specific advice to our clients.Have proven ability to engage at CEO, CFO and Treasurer level and with relevant industry participants. **Why join us?** We’re obsessed with becoming our customers #1 banking partner for life and we’re looking for people who are passionate about helping us achieve that goal.
