Our client was incorporated in the 1950's and has been growing rapidly ever since. Being one of the most successful Australian manufacturers, they are continuing to add strong talent to the team. This role is newly created due to last year's immense growth and they are looking for an ambitious individual to come aboard.
**Position**:
The Financial Analyst (FP&A) is an essential connector, partnering with various levels across the organisation with a focus specifically on Sales & Marketing and operation costs, day-to-day financial reporting matrix.
Reporting to the FP&A finance manager, the Analyst will support the decision making process by gathering, summarising and performing deep dive analysis on KPI reporting matrix as well as assisting in preparing weekly/monthly management reporting packs.
Some of the
**responsibilities** will include:
- Planning_
- Assisting FP&A manager in partnering with key stakeholders on gathering related financial information and reporting relevant findings;
- Ensure efficient and relevant financial planning and analysis via the business accounting and production system;
- Responsible for working cooperatively with the sales/production / wider financial control department;
- Operations_
- Working closely with the business and relevant stakeholders to monitor and report on actual performance vs. budget
- Partnering with budget holders to develop and update short-range forecasts
- Ensure timely and accurate information are providing to manager for review;
- Establish and foster effective working relationships with the wider finance
