We are looking for a customer focused individual, positive attitude, and a go getter to work in a team to deliver expectpional service and driving sales growth.

**Your day to day**:

- **Provide** customer service
- counter and phone
- **Support **a diverse customer base in providing product support
- **Attend **to sales enquiries/provide technical support
- **Liaise **with workshop staff and assist with pick packing duties when required

**Who are you?**
- **Mechanical aptitude** (hydraulics hose and fittings / Driveline experience desirable but not essential)
- Proven experience in customer service in a retail environment
- **Computer literacy** at an intermediate level
- **Good communication** and written skills
- **Time management skills **and be able to prioritise workloads.
- **Enthusiastic and motivated **to learn new skills
- **Team player** to support other areas when required.
