We are looking for a team player and a can-do attitude, with experience in the customer service industry, to join our Dynamic team at BSC Welsh pool. You will take charge of providing exceptional customer service to our clients, as well as managing sales processes from beginning to end.

**Experience**:

- **Minimum** 6 months to a year **proven sales experience** within a similar role experience.
- **Computer literate** at an intermediate level.
- **Professional **phone manner.
- **Experience** in bearings, power transmissions or a mechanical aptitude (desirable).
- **Ability to work independently** and as a part of a team.
- **Willingness **to work as part of a team and go the extra mile to help achieve business targets.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- **Being the first point of contact** for the branch, service the customers.
- **Assisting with general branch** support and administration.
- **This position will be reporting to the Branch Manager.**
