As we're growing, we're looking for the perfect baristas to join our dynamic and passionate crew.
About the role
Side Room is on the hunt for fun and energetic baristas to join the team. You know your way around a coffee machine and are passionate about delivering the perfect cup of coffee every time.
You have that vibe customers love and look forward to seeing every day whilst still handling a fast-paced environment without slipping.
Your work goes beyond a perfectly made coffee; it's about creating a human connection with every customer - even if just for a few moments.
Your tasks
- Fast service across barista duties
- Have fun while working hard - that's an easy one
- Engage and work well with your team and customers
- Maintain a high standard of hygiene at all times
- Ensure product consistency, maintain operational standards and complete daily tasks
About you
What's most important to us is attitude. You scream good vibes, are a whole bunch of fun, have an enthusiastic, customer and team member focused personality and care about everything you do, even when no one is watching.
You have a minimum of 2 years previous experience as a barista. You’re confident and passionate about food, coffee and healthy lifestyle.
