Finishing Specialist

VIVID is a Leading Graphics Solutions company based in Derrimut specializing in large format printing of all sort. We have been in business for 20 years producing large format graphics for corporate and commercial environments. Our brand is well known in the graphics market for excellent service, amazing quality, on-time delivery and innovative solutions.

**The Role**

You would be joining our production team primarily as a Machine Operator, Running Machines, Printing Jobs, Packing and Running our Cutting Equipment.
- Processing and Printing Jobs
- Becoming familiar with various printing, cutting and finishing machines
- Advise and contribute to ongoing workflow improvements
- **Skills and Competencies**

**Essential**
- Ability to exercise initiative and motivation to seek and implement improvements
- Excellent time management skills with the proven ability to manage multiple tasks, plan, prioritise and work under pressure to meet set deadlines
- Ability to work in a team environment.
- Attention to detail
- Flexibility with regard to start and finish times
- **Preferred**:

- Experience trimming, printing and sewing fabric but not essential
- Fast paced and high pressure enviornment.
- Must be physically fit and able to life 20-25kgs.

**Experience**:

- No Experience Necessary. At VIVID we do things differently. We seek motivation to learn, good IQ level and a will to grow. We will take you through one on one training until you are ready for the floor.

**Job Type**: Casual

**Salary**: $32.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 24 per week
