This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic office environment and provide valuable support to a Federal Government team.

**About the role**:

- You will be managing the acquisition of services and contracts to provide vital assistance.
- You will be providing assistance with procurement documentation
- You will be required to perform procedural, clerical, administrative and operational tasks
- You will be implementing and maintaining procedures for the collection, management, and quality control of services provided.
- You will be working with external stakeholders to improve availability, accessibility, and quality.
- You will be conducting research to ensure the organisational needs are being met through contracted services.
- You will be providing support for ongoing systems and future projects.
- You will be providing assistance with procurement reporting
- You will be working with internal stakeholders to establish methodologies and relevant documentation

**About you**:

- You will ideally have experience in a similar role within procurement and contracts
- You will have excellent verbal and written communication skills
- You will be comfortable working with various stakeholders and maintaining stakeholder relationships
- You will have strong analytical, investigative, and reporting skills.
- You will have excellent organisation and time management skills

**Benefits**:

- ASAP start date (pending Federal Police Check)
- 12-month temporary assignment
- Full time hours Monday to Friday 7.5 hours per day
- $53.63 - per hour + super
- Brisbane CBD Location
