**Opportunity**
Multiple federal roles at an APS5 level. Contract positions 12 month initial term with options to extend beyond and based in Geelong or Brisbane. Reporting into the Assistant Director.

The roles will be intial 12 month hourly rate contracts paying $53.63 + Superannuation.

The Streamline Sourcing team sits within the Procurement and Corporate Services Branch, supporting the Agency to build and maintain an agile Labour Hire workforce.

**You will be responsible for**:

- Ensuring that Labour Hire Workers are engaged through agreed procurement channels and tracked throughout the Streamlined Sourcing process.
- Development of procurement documentation
- Raise contracts and purchase orders
- Respond to enquiries as an SME
- Review all documentation received for accuracy and completeness
- Maintain a high level of communication with all stakeholders
- Maintain internal relationships, as well as with external stakeholders

**Success Factors**
- Strong Stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- Intermediate understanding of the MS Office Suite.
- Demonstrated experience managing high volume requests and ability to multitask.
- Ability to remain composed in a changing, faced-paced environment.
- Previous experience using HR and/or Finance business systems.
- Understanding of procurement or recruitment processes.
- It is highly desirable that applicants have an understanding or lived experience of disability.
- You must be an **Australian Citizen** to work for this Government Client
