**Your new role and company**:
Are you an established Sales Agent who is wanting to gain more financial freedom, more flexibility and more support while still keeping up to 90% of your GCI.

This is a role where ambition meets opportunity and is backed with premium listings, exceptional training and the back-end work taken care of so you can focus on what you do best - building relationships and selling homes.

**What you'll need to succeed**:

- A self-motivated Sales Agent with the desire to achieve personal and professional goals
- Proven vendor and buyer management with the ability to understand a client's needs, as well as experience with complex sales negotiations
- Expert knowledge of the Brisbane market
- Proactive about building your data base and pipeline through prospecting, networking and relationship management
- Real Estate Sales License & a current driver's license
