**About the Role**

We’re looking for caring and motivated **Support Workers** to join our team. You’ll provide one-on-one support to clients in their homes and communities, helping them achieve their goals and maintain their independence.

Whether it’s personal care, social support, or companionship, you’ll play an important role in making each day meaningful for the people you support.

**What You’ll Do**
- Provide personal care (showering, dressing, hygiene, meal prep, mobility).
- Support clients with community participation and social outings.
- Assist with medication prompts, appointments, shopping, and transport.
- Offer emotional support and companionship.
- Follow individual support plans and report any changes in wellbeing.
- Maintain accurate daily documentation.
- Promote safety, dignity, and independence in every interaction.

**What We’re Looking For**
- A genuine passion for helping others.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Reliable, respectful, and professional at all times.
- Able to work independently and as part of a supportive team.
- Understanding of both **Disability** and **Aged Care** service environments.

**Requirements**:

- Certificate III or IV in Individual Support (Disability, Aged Care, or Home & Community Care) or equivalent.
- Current **NDIS Worker Screening Check** and **Blue Card**.
- Current **First Aid** and **CPR** certificates.
- Valid **Driver’s Licence** and access to a reliable vehicle.
- COVID-19 and Influenza vaccination evidence (as required).
