An excellent opportunity for an Office All-Rounder is now available due to rapid growth within our business. Our office now requires an Office All-Rounder within the organisation, where you will utilise your superior Administration abilities to attend to in-house administration duties.

The role is multi faceted in its duties and responsibilities. There's a lot of room for growth and knowledge within this organisation.

**Responsibilities for these roles include the following**:

- Office administration and support to the Accounts
- Liaising with clients and internal staff, general office upkeep and other ad hoc duties as required
- Quotations and general office duties
- Maintaining client database

You will need to be an experienced administrator with computer skills including knowledge of Xero, MS Word, Excel and Outlook.

**Applicants with the following experience will be considered**:

- Admin/Reception/Accounts experience
- Well organized and punctual
- Exceptional phone manner and customer service/administration abilities
- Strong customer service and communication skills (verbal and written)
- Eye for detail and must be able to multitask
- Exposure to an accounting software is desirable yet not essential
- Permanent resident or citizen

**YOU WILL HAVE AT LEAST 1 YEARS WORKING HISTORY WITHIN AN OFFICE ENVIRONMENT AND POSSESS ABOVE AVERAGE MICROSOFT OFFICE SKILLS.**

The ideal applicants will enjoy working within a team of this small sized, well known organisation. You will have the ability to multi-task your commitments throughout the day and be a high achiever.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

**Experience**:

- Office administration: 1 year (preferred)

- Australia (preferred)

Work Location: In person
