The applicant needs to be self-motivated and able to perform duties with attention to detail and high regard for quality standards.

**What we are looking for**:

- Excellent customer service, time management, and communication skills
- Attention to detail.
- Able to work as part of a team.
- Computer proficient in Microsoft Office

**Key responsibilities**:

- Greet customers.
- Answering incoming calls
- Ensure that the office premises are neat and tidy.
- Co-ordinate parking arrangements for client/supplier visits
- Mail collection and distribution
- Filing, Data Entry & Archiving
- Order and maintain stationery, office amenities, consumables, etc.
- Pick up office supplies if required.
- Arrange catering for in-house meetings/events.
- Co-ordinate internal & external events, issue invites, and obtain RSVPs
- Escalate calls for unpaid invoice queries to the accounts team as and when received.
- Maintain Social Calendar for Pressure Dynamics
- Assist with booking travel, training, and medicals if required.
