**ROLE**
- You will be responsible for leading our team in a fast-paced workshop environment
- Proficient in operating folding and laser cutting machines
- Supervising and managing workshop performance, ensuring efficient scheduling of tasks
- Meeting DIFOT
- Overseeing material management and optimising factory flow for maximum productivity
- Ensuring an organised workshop environment
- Waste minimisation
- Monitoring and maintaining quality standards
- Take ownership of workplace safety by actively identifing and mitgating risks/ hazards

**REQUIREMENTS**
- Minimum of 2 years proven leadership and team management abilities
- Background in Fabrication or similar experince
- Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in laser cutting, bending, rolling, and fabrication processes
- Results oriented, sef-driven and reliable
- Proficiency in basic CAD
