**Join Our Team as a Part-Time Retail Sales Consultant**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet and engage with customers, providing them with product information and assistance.
- Assist customers in selecting the right products to meet their needs and preferences.
- Maintain an organized and visually appealing store environment, assist with bed styling, including the selection and arrangement of cushions, decorations, and other accessories.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Stay informed about our products, promotions, and company policies.
- Contribute to a positive team atmosphere and collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales targets.
- Following up on customer quotes and after sales service

**Qualifications**:

- Previous retail sales experience is required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A friendly, approachable, and customer-focused attitude.
- Good rapport building and influencing skills.
- Mature and self-directed approach to problem solving.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- A passion for home decor and bedding products is a plus.
- Fluency in Mandarin or Cantonese is desirable.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $21.38 - $30.76 per hour

Expected hours: 9 - 27 per week

**Experience**:

- Point of Sale (POS) software: 1 year (preferred)
- Working towards sales targets and KPIs: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
- Retail sales: 1 year (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)

Work Location: In person
