**What this job involves**:
We are seeking an Administration Assistant to join our team and assist in optimising the centre’s performance and presentation, with a strong focus on arrears and developing the best outcomes for retailers.
You will work with a number of stakeholders within the landlords organisation and support the Senior Centre Manager, Operations Manager and Retail Manager with the management of 2 unique assets.
This is a Part Time position based onsite at one of the prosperous retail, entertainment, and dining precincts on the Gold Coast
**A snapshot of the role**:
General office operations including taking incoming calls, face to face enquiries from tenants or customers, processing incoming/outgoing mail items and courier bookings, and directing and delegating enquiries to the appropriate personnel where necessary.
Collect, maintain, and update monthly tenant sales records and follow up and record annual tenant audited sales statements.
Maintain and update tenant and contractor records and files, including public liability details, tenant files, leases, bank guarantees, contracts, and correspondence.
Contacting of potential casual lessees and managing casual leasing enquiries and bookings.
Assist the Marketing Manager with preparation of Centre promotions and activities.
Assist the Operations team with administrative duties as required.
Maintain contractor files including licenses, induction details and insurances.
Provide friendly assistance to tenants, the landlord, customers and colleagues at all times.

The role requires an individual who is proactive, conscientious in their work ethic, diligent and organised in their approach to day to day tasks.
Previous administration and accounts experience required
Understanding of the shopping centre management environment
Excellent customer service & time management skills
Strong communication, organisational and interpersonal skills
