The Project Coordinator will be responsible for streamlining revenue recognition tasks, ensuring consistent and high-quality tender submission project documentation, managing active project management document development and/or changes, executing administrative tasks as directed by the Project Manager, monitoring project progress, assisting with resource schedules or bookings, and facilitating communication between the project manager and stakeholders.

The Project Coordinator will manage the Project Lifecycle of all Mobile Capital equipment across Getinge’s Sales Portfolio. The Project Coordinator will manage Service Recalls and Upgrades across the existing installation base.

**Main responsibilities**:

- **Projects Coordination**
- Management of Recall and Upgrades across the state service installation bases
- Responsible for the Project Lifecycle of Mobile Capital Equipment Sales.
- Ensure the submission of Project Tender documentation is consistent, accurate and high quality.
- Create and actively participate in the submission of Tenders supporting the Project functions.
- Work Closely with the Project Administration Manager to manage system compliance.
- Coordination of State Technical Specialist - Installation utilization across project delivery.
- Create process documentation applicable to our local market in line with professional project delivery expectations.
- Collaborate with stakeholders throughout the organisation to ensure highest level of Project Delivery.
- Support Project Mangers with all data artefacts on active Project Workspaces within the active PPM system.
- Ensure Projects are implemented within contractual obligations by Project Managers and in line with regulatory requirements.
- Work closely with the Getinge Service team to ensure appropriate follow-up of identifying customer needs and follow-up activities.
- Manage and follow up on project lifecycle functions, Accounts Receivable, Logistics and report on the status.
- Manage small transactional Projects in conjunction with Project Administration Manager, Sales, Service Coordination and State Technical Specialists - Installation.
- Assist the project manager in developing project plans, timelines, and budgets
- Create and maintain project documentation, including project schedules, status reports, and meeting minutes.
- Create/Support Change Requests for the field Project Managers.
- Create quotations for the field Project Managers.
- Coordinate project activities with team members, vendors, and clients
- Monitor project progress and report on project status to stakeholders
- Assist in project scope management, ensuring that the project stays within scope and budget

- Comply with QA and WH&S policies and procedures.
- Report personal injuries and accidents promptly.
- Correct WH&S hazards and report those which cannot be immediately corrected.
- Co-operate with management on matters of QA and WH&S management.
- Be actively involved in all QA and WH&S programs and activities.
- Report actual or potential QA or WH&S incidents/issues/near misses.
- Identify and have input into the elimination of QA and WH&S detrimental work practices.
