Our Host Employer is a well‑established and reputable legal firm located in Gosford. With a strong client focus and a supportive team culture, they are seeking a Trainee Conveyancing Assistant with initiative, attention to detail and a genuine interest in law and administration to join their busy team.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED…

- A confident and professional phone manner
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail and strong organisation skills
- A reliable, motivated and proactive attitude
- Interest in law or office administration
- A current National Police Check (or willingness to obtain)

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING…

Working full‑time, Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 4:36 pm, your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

- Answering phones and greeting clients professionally
- Managing appointment scheduling and calendar coordination
- Opening and closing client files, both hard copy and electronic
- Assisting with preparation and sending of correspondence
- Data entry, document filing and scanning
- Sorting incoming and outgoing mail
- Providing general administrative support to the conveyancing team

As part of this traineeship, you will be PAID to study a Certificate III in Business Administration through on‑the‑job training over a 12‑month period.
