**ABOUT THE ROLE**

We have an exciting new opportunity for an experienced HSE Advisor to join our dynamic team. This role is a Permanent full-time position for upcoming projects based in the Perth Metro area. This position may have site based requirements in the medium-long term.

You will be responsible for:

- Minimise occupational risks and ensure compliance with H&S legislation and Ertech standards.
- Coach and provide guidance to all personnel in relation to HSE training, corrective actions, issues, and successes.
- Empower site Supervisors to manage health and safety.
- Conduct incident investigations and strive for continuous process improvements.

**ABOUT YOU**

You will have experience and demonstrate capability in the following:

- Tertiary qualification in Occupational Health and Safety highly desirable
- Cert IV in Training and Assessing or Leadership and Development a plus.
- 5+ years HSE Advisory experience (Civil Infrastructure/Construction)
- Proficiency with MS Office and MS Project
- Generalist HSE skills, including incident investigation (iCAM) and Lead Auditing capability
