**The Extend Group** is a group of unique Outside School Hours Care (OSHC) providers offering exceptional OSHC services across Australia. We also own a federal-approved online childcare booking platform.

We have a fantastic opportunity for an Employee Success Coordinator to join a results-focused and fun team in a hands-on role.

**You will be responsible for**:

- Managing all content on the centralised online employee platform, ‘TEGalaxy’ including news and updates, videos, comments and event calendar.
- Record, analyse and reporting on data regarding recruitment initiatives and their impact on recruitment outcomes and on retention initiatives and the impact on retention outcomes.
- Conducting exit interviews as required to understand why people leave the company, and analyse and share this data to create more effective engagement initiatives.
- Design and maintain a positive employee life cycle program from onboarding to exit.
- Implementing employee communication plans and initiatives in line with the positive employee experience.
- Implementation of the annual engagement/employment survey.
- Creation, copywriting and editing of success and engagement communications, in both digital and print format.
- Maintaining a record of the employee badge recognition program.

**Core Competencies**
- Previous experience in a similar role (preferred but not essential)
- HR or marketing experience may be beneficial
- Outstanding and open communicator with exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent relationship-building skills

- Strong organisation skills, time management skills, and outcome focus.

- Ability to prioritise and multitask a range of different duties at one time.
