Kona have proudly partnered with 2 well known insurance broking houses, each in search for an ambitious Account Executive.

**Opportunity 1**

The first is the most dynamic international broking house, highly sought after as an employer of choice. Amongst a wider office of 40 staff, you will be working in a team of 4 to service a portfolio of mining services clientele, focussed on ownership of the medium-sized clients with exposure to the largest accounts including ASX200 companies.

**Opportunity 2**

The second is a public listed, national broking house in the heart of Perth CBD, with offices in every major Australian city and a presence in 4 major global locations. You will be proudly servicing a mixed Corporate portfolio, across a range of industries, including ASX listed businesses. Working alongside another experienced Account Executive to support a knowledgable, hands-on Senior broker.

**Responsibilities**
- Acting as an advisor to a client portfolio that relies on your expertise and guidance, with full support & guidance from your seniors.
- Provide necessary support broking to senior account managers by completing any necessary processing tasks within a timely manner.
- Grow the existing portfolio organically through quality service delivery and referral network.
- Prepare and attend client renewal meetings and presentations, with the opportunity to lead.
- Cultivate key relationships with Insurers and internal stakeholders.
- Attending to client queries, referring to your senior when necessary.

**Skills & Experience**
- 2+ years Experience within the General Insurance Broking sector
- Tier 1 highly desirable, not essential
- Strong client management skills and stakeholder engagement
- Ability to cultivate new relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
- Developed communication skills & a high level of accuracy and care
- A passion for your career development
