Key Responsibilities

As Head Technician, you will oversee all aspects of the service department, ensuring that both the team and operations run smoothly. Your role will involve:
✔ Managing a team of 10 technicians, providing leadership, training, and ongoing support.

✔ Handling in-house repairs, diagnostics, and servicing of coffee machines with precision and care.

✔ Overseeing workflow, invoicing, parts inventory, and ensuring optimal efficiency.

✔ Providing expert technical support to customers and your team, ensuring top-quality service.

✔ Maintaining a high level of organization and operational excellence, making sure the department meets performance standards.

✔ Communicating with customers to provide technical advice, updates, and superior service.

What We’re Looking For

10+ years of experience as a Coffee Technician with expertise in servicing and repairing coffee machines.

Strong management skills - proven experience in leading a team, motivating staff, and driving performance.

Excellent organizational skills - ability to manage multiple tasks, parts inventory, invoicing, and more.

Exceptional problem-solving abilities - handling repairs and troubleshooting with efficiency.

Customer-focused - skilled in providing outstanding service and communication with clients.

Hands-on approach - willingness to lead by example and get involved in the technical work when needed.

Pay: $90,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
