The Role

We can provide you with opportunities for all of the above, helping you to shape and improve the lives of those you support - building partnerships, and inspiring them to experience possibilities which without you, would simply not be available.

Working to various shift schedules with the availability to work mornings, daytime or evenings, you will be someone who can be relied upon to make yourself available and do what’s best for the person benefiting from your service. You will be someone who is attentive, and who will be proactive in supporting, noticing and reporting changes in physical health and emotional well being of your clients.

You will need the ability to work independently or as part of a team. But you won’t be alone. You’ll be part of the Living Made Easy team. You’ll join hundreds of other Support Workers and be 100% supported by our experienced office-based team, many of whom have done the role of Support Worker.

Essential Skills and Qualifications
- Drivers Licence - C class, as well as your own registered & insured vehicle
- NDIS Worker Screening (or ability to obtain)
- Working with Children’s Check (or able to obtain)

Licence/Certification:

- First Aid Certification (preferred)
- Working with Children Check (preferred)
- National Police Certificate (preferred)
- Driver Licence (required)
- NDIS Worker Check (or ability to obtain one) (required)
