We are currently seeking a support worker to assist a kind and gentle participant in Kincumber South. The role is primarily focused on cleaning and household support, and requires a person who is patient, empathetic, and able to work calmly in a sensitive environment.

What you'll be doing:

  • Providing domestic support and maintaining a clean, organised home environment
  • Offering calm, reassuring companionship and emotional support
  • Respecting the participant's personal space and comfort
  • (Optional) Providing transport or errands if you have a valid driver's licence

What we're looking for:

  • A caring, reliable person with good attention to detail
  • Ability to work with sensitivity and compassion
  • Great communication and interpersonal skills
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check and WWCC (or willingness to obtain)
  • Current First Aid & CPR
  • Driver's licence (preferred but not essential)
