**Responsibilities**:

- Bar Staff:_
- Welcome and serve patrons with a friendly and professional approach.
- Mix and serve a variety of beverages to our high standards.
- Keep the bar area clean, organised, and well-stocked.
- Handle transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Ensure compliance with liquor laws and venue regulations.
- Gaming Attendants:_
- Assist patrons with gaming machines, offering friendly and helpful service.
- Monitor gaming areas to ensure compliance with regulations and venue policies.
- Process cash and gaming credit transactions accurately.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the gaming area.
- Provide information on responsible gaming practices when required.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a bar or hospitality setting preferred.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- RSA certification is essential.
- RCG (Responsible Conduct of Gambling) is essential.
- ARCG highly favourable
- Experience in gaming or hospitality is a plus.
- High attention to detail and the ability to multitask.

**Shifts**:

- Morning, evening, and close shifts available.
- Flexible roster options.
