**Skills and Experiences**:

- **Role Overview**: As the Food & Beverage Supervisor for Swell Cafe, you will lead by example, working hands-on with the team to ensure an outstanding customer experience. Your role will involve supervising staff, addressing issues promptly, and ensuring that every aspect of service meets our high standards.
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide clear direction and support to staff, collaborating with the Outlet Manager and Duty Manager.
- Foster strong relationships with both staff and customers.
- Uphold high food and service standards consistently.
- Manage staff operations, including shift scheduling and labor management.
- Ensure adherence to policies and procedures.
- Communicate effectively with the management team to promote a positive work environment.

**Who We’re Looking For**:
Proven leadership skills with the ability to supervise and inspire a team. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities. Excellent team-building skills and the capability to handle various shifts throughout the week. A commitment to honesty, reliability, and exceptional customer service.
**What We Offer**:
Full time position offering a Tuesday - Saturday roster 5:00 - 13:00 A supportive and collaborative work environment where your contributions are valued.
