**About the Role**:

- As our Guest Experience/Assistant Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the overall operations of our Hotel.
- Reporting to the Hotel Manager.
- Working closely with the Hotel Manager, you will assist in managing the daily activities, ensuring exceptional customer service, maximising revenue, and fostering a positive work environment. This position offers excellent opportunities for career growth.

- Assist in overseeing the day-to-day operations,
- Support and motivate a diverse team to deliver exceptional service.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant policies, procedures, and licensing regulations.
- Collaborate with the Housekeeping Team Leader to maintain high-quality rooms and ensure smooth operations.
- Monitor inventory levels, place orders, and manage stock control to optimise profitability.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a professional and timely manner.

**About You**:

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a supervisory role
- Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of effectively managing teams and driving performance.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanour.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with staff, customers, and suppliers.
- Problem-solving aptitude
- Experience preparing effective rosters
- An eye for detail
- Professional manner and presentation
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
- Current opening hours 10am to 10pm.
