**More about what you’ll do**

We currently have an opportunity for a highly motivated Account Manager to join our busy and growing Perth Sales team.

Reporting to the Mid-Market Sales Manager South/West, you will focus on retaining and growing revenue from a strong customer portfolio as well as seek to secure new business from our internal prospects and from your own customer relationships and connections.

Key responsibilities:

- Meet and exceed all sales KPI’s to deliver the required revenue and margin growth
- Effectively sales plan to ensure that key activities and growth targets are achieved on a daily basis
- Regularly secure new customers who have not previously engaged with COS
- Upsell additional category extensions to an existing client portfolio
- Retain customers, build long term and credible relationships with multiple stakeholders
- Prepare and present business solutions and reviews with clients

The ideal applicant will possess the following attributes:

- Strong business acumen and relationship management/account management skills
- Demonstrable record of success in B2B solutions and portfolio sales
- Enthusiastic and always hungry to strive for more
- Strong attention to detail with excellent time management and prioritisation skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent presentation skills with the ability to deliver high-impact proposals to a diverse audience
- Integrity, trustworthiness, professionalism and a customer-centric approach to problem solving
