Our client is looking for a Team Leader to coach, lead and mentor a team of mixed insurance lines.
Our national Domestic unit is seeking a career-minded individual to join its dynamic team in the capacity of Team Leader. The role will involve leading a team managing a portfolio business insurance claims and require strong stakeholder engagement, including compliance with service level agreements, key performance indicators and technical referrals. We are looking for an applicant ideally with an insurance background with a passion for customer service.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Manage day-to-day operations, coordinating workflows efficiently.
- Develop KPIs and productivity benchmarks for continuous improvement
- Ensure compliance with client Service Level Agreements and regulations.
- Act as a pivotal point of escalation, driving outcomes that achieve goals.
**About You**
- Strong general liability understanding is essential.
- Experience in a leadership role is required.
- Excellent client service and communication skills.
- People skills and a passion for working with others and being a role model for your team and the wider business.
