**About the role**
The Process Improvement Specialist will engage relevant stakeholders across all functions in the business to identify process improvement opportunities. They will effectively use data and business performance measures to identify significant opportunities for improvement.
- Leading and delivering complex, cross functional process improvement initiatives whilst ensuring effective change management for each improvement
- Champion a continuous improvement culture, introducing lean methodology tools and concepts to the business.
- Act as a Lean coach across other process improvement initiatives to support developing capability and establishing a continuous improvement culture
- Support the analysis, identification and triaging of improvement initiatives to ensure there is a constant pipeline of specialised improvement projects
- Have a passion for process and proven expertise working within collaborative and high performing teams
**About you**
- BPM / Continuous Improvement qualification - Green belt desired, or Industrial/Process engineering degree
- Proven experience in the management, execution or delivery of complex CI projects and initiatives
- Facilitating workshops to gather information and convert info into published documentation with clear actionable recommendations
- Stakeholder engagement and management
- Be able to liaise with all levels of stakeholders from front line advisors to executive level
- Time and project management skills to effectively complete programs of work according to schedules as well as prioritisation of work
- Experience understanding and/or using the following programs: (or similar)
- SharePoint Online
- MS Visio
- Atlassian (Jira/Confluence)
- BPMS (ARIS, iGrafx, GBTEC etc.)
- Microsoft Office
- Data and analytical skills
- Full comprehension of how CI can support the business to become more than a challenger brand
- Insurance Business Processes and regulatory awareness and understanding (desired)
- Queueing theory & Forecasting models
