If you want to build a long-term career in real estate, are goal oriented, service focused and organised, this position is definitely what you are looking for. With this position you will be working in close partnership with the Senior Property Manager.

This position is viewed as essential part of our team and company's operation. Your main responsibility is to assist the Senior Property Manager ensuring a quality service to all clients and work 2- 3 days including each Saturday each week.

Your responsibilities(role & duties) will include but not limited

Handling incoming calls for leasing enquiries
Conducting open homes and leasing property inspections
Overseeing property maintenance and repairs
Reporting to senior property manager
Assisting with follow up of rental arrears daily and follow up any action required
Managing tenancy renewals under time constraints
Conducting regular routine inspections when scheduled and promptly action maintenance and reports if any issues found
Managing tenancy queries
Conducting entry and exit inspection reports timely and effectively
Preparing lease agreements, bond links, entry and exit condition reports
Managing conflict and disputes including representation at tribunals

Requirement:

- MUST - Bilingual in English and Chinese (both reading and writing skills)
- MUST - Driver licence
- MUST - Available for working on each Saturday
- Prefer - A current Certificate of Registration
