As a property manager, you'll be responsible for managing a diverse and rewarding portfolio of **150 to 200 properties**. You'll have the chance to make a difference in the lives of our landlords, tenants, and tradespeople. Your duties will include:

- Conducting inspections (entry, routine, exit)
- Coordinating repairs and maintenance requests
- Proactively managing lease renewals
- Assisting with marketing and advertising properties
- Attending to landlords, tradespeople, and tenants' queries

To be successful in this role, you'll need to hold a current Real Estate Agents Certificate or License, a valid driver's license, and access to a vehicle. Strong communication and administration skills are also essential, along with a 'can-do' attitude and the ability to work independently with excellent time management skills.
