**The position is located at our Footscray Campus and may need to work at other campus locations as well.**

**About the Opportunity**:
The Casual Professional Assistant position provides essential administrative support and assistance to the Coordinator, Student Resources & Planning.

**This is a casual position at a HEP 5 classification - $49.84 - $57.25 per hour, working one to three days a week depending on the seasonal requirements of the department.**

**About You**:
Strong organisational and administrative skills.

Excellent customer service skills including verbal and written communication skills

Well-developed computer literacy in MS Office 365 & VU Systems.

**Major Duties**:
Contribute to the review, development and maintenance of administrative procedures, systems and supplies in relation to the overall organisational and administrative functions to ensure an efficient and effective service is provided at all times.

Assist in performing major duties in the absence of other staff within the work area such as sessional staff allocation and scheduling work.

Provide support to the Coordinator, Student Resources and Planning with College administrative tasks
