**Your Mission (Should You Choose to Accept It)**
**Be a Social Butterfly**- Help clients spread their wings and connect with their community. **Teach & Learn** - Support clients as they level up their life skills (bonus: you might learn a few too).** Drive the Fun** - Take clients to programs and activities in Sunnyfield’s vans. **Keep It Snappy** - Write progress notes that are clear, concise, and fabulous. **Be the Team MVP** - Collaborate with families and adapt to behaviour support strategies like a champ.

**What You Bring to the Party**
A heart three sizes too big (not medically, just metaphorically).
Experience in the disability sector is super important Also, you’ll need to have worked with clients who show behaviours of concern — knowing how to support them is key
Willingness to assist with personal care when needed.
Resilience, empathy, and a ‘let’s do this’ attitude.
A driver’s licence and reliable transport is a must.

We need folks available for morning shifts (6 AM starts), day, afternoon, sleep over and wake overs. OH and dont forget weekends.
