**About the Role**

We currently have a fulltime position for a support worker on the beautiful central coast

The successful applicant would need to be willing to travel / work on both the South and North sides of the Central Coast

This position will be fulfilling a fortnightly rotating roster including every second weekend work

We provide services to a range of clients within the NDIS, My Aged Care, Lifetime Care and Support, DVA, VHC and more We are a very inclusive company.
- Provide a safe environments in clients homes
- Assist clients with
- Personal Care
- Meal Preparation
- Medication prompts - inline with participant care plans
- Respites
- Transportation to medical appointments
- Shopping
- Some domestic duties
- Observe and report any changes in clients conditions

**Key Requirements**
- Certificate 111 in individual support or relevant Aged/ Disability qualification.
- Current Drivers licence
- Own reliable transport
- Current first aid (or willingness to obtain)
- Current Working With Childrens Check (or willingness to obtain)
- Current NDIS Worker Check (or willingness to obtain)

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $28.00 - $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 - 40 per week
