Benson Partners Pty Ltd is a small chartered accounting firm that provides tailored specialist services to a broad range of clients. We are based out of Brisbane and run by two Directors with a team of professional accountants. We are currently seeking a highly organised yet personable Client Services Coordinator to join our team. You will be providing key administration and office support to the Directors and Accountants of the firm.

The role is varied and includes:

- General Administration including answering phone calls, mail and dictations
- Australian Taxation Office Administration
- SMSF Administration and Audit assistance
- Compilation of compliance jobs and coordinating signing, storing and lodgement as required
- Workflow Reports and Management (including Tax Agent Portal updated)
- Office Management Assistance including WIP and invoicing tasks
- Ability to provide support to a team and prioritise effectively
- Be self-motivated and have the ability to use common sense and initiative
- High level work ethic
- Excellent organisation skills and strong communication skills
- A demonstrated ability to juggle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with a genuine client focus
- Competent computer skills - Microsoft Office
- Previous Xero experience (not essential but highly regarded)
- Previous Accounting Firm Experience (not essential but highly regarded)

**Salary**: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
