**About the Role**:
This is a **full-time position located in Richmond**.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide accurate information and support to patients, ensuring a positive experience.
- Work closely with our clinical team to address and resolve patient issues.
- Advocate for patient needs and preferences, aligning with easykind's values.
- Provide patients with a 5-star easykind experience by being detail-oriented, patient-focused, and transparent in expectation setting.

**What We're Looking For**:

- Proven experience in customer support or a similar role.
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
- Patience and a positive, empathetic attitude towards patients.
- Experience in a mental health or healthcare-related role is highly preferred, demonstrating an understanding of the unique needs and sensitivities of patients in these settings.
